Boost is priced per property with built-in volume discounts. Your first 3 properties are $59/month each. Properties 4–10 drop to $49/month each. And if you have 11 or more, every property from there is $39/month. The more you scale, the more you save — and every property gets the same full Boost service.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your 30-day free trial requires zero payment information upfront. We'll only ask for billing details when your trial ends and you choose to continue. Cancel before day 30 and pay nothing — ever.
Do I still need to pay for a dynamic pricing tool?
No. The AI dynamic pricing tool is included in Boost at no extra cost. Most hosts pay $30–$100/month separately for tools like PriceLabs or Wheelhouse. We cover it. That's part of how Boost delivers so much value starting at $59/property per month.
What is The BNB Professional Masterclass?
The BNB Professional is a podcast and education brand for short-term rental hosts. The Property Setup Masterclass teaches you how to fully optimize your space, listing, and host process to earn 5-star reviews consistently — before your first guest checks in. You get access as part of your Boost trial, at no cost.

Vaycaay Boost is available to Airbnb hosts anywhere. Our on-the-ground Premium services (cleaners, inspections, etc.) are South Florida only — but Revenue Management, Listing Optimization, and the AI pricing tool work for any market, fully remote.
